Service Terms

• Device plans available for activations globally with the exception of certain LACs within the “Middle East Region”
• Standard proration rules apply to Device Monthly Recurring Charges (proration on activation or deactivation)
• The PTT Service Monthly Access will continue to be charged while the service is suspended
• No proration of Early Termination Fee (ETF)
• Full ETF will apply for service terminated/deactivated prior to the end of the applicable term commitment period
• Requires use of an Iridium 9575 handset or other PTT-capable Iridium Subscriber Unit
• Overage applied to finite usage bundles only. There is no overage for Unlimited plans.
• Standard proration rules apply to Talkgroup Monthly Recurring Charges
• If the Talkgroup is terminated or deactivated for any reason, the Talkgroup MRC will be pro-rated for the month.
• The Talkgroup MRC will continue to be charged while the Talkgroup is suspended.
• Minimum Call Duration 20 sec.
• Billing Increments 20 sec.
• Requires use of an Iridium 9575 handset or other PTT-capable Iridium Subscriber Unit
• Prorated on Activation; No proration on deactivation (a full month will be charged)
• Calling is allowed up to 12 miles off the coast of defined North America LACs
