15 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
UStronics.com, Inc provides for return of products within a 15-day period from the point of customer receival, this liberal time period is in place to ensure the quality of the product, and accuracy of the processing and finalization of the order. All return request must be submitted through our return authorization form. Warranty
Concerning warranty retrieval, UStronics would be glad to assist you in the process associated with your specific manufacture, by providing insight and comprehensive information. Just be reminded that we are not the manufacture of the product nor are we a repair center or warranty center for the manufacture, we are a third party distributor of these products. Condition
All items being returned must be in original condition with all contents applicable to the product. Any items/contents/boxes physically damaged beyond resalable condition. This is means that there must be no visible scratches or wear on any region of the phone or device to be considered for return. Products with over 60min talk/use time will not be issued an RMA unless condition is approved previous to arrival via our return department, which can be reached at returns@ustronics.com. This is a procedure in place to ensure the legitimacy of all returns an prevent the abuse of our customer oriented return structure.
Procedure
All return authorization requests should be submitted through the “Return Authorization Form” located here. This is not only the most efficient method of return but also the quickest. Please refrain from contacting customer service regarding return issues as they do not have any influence over the return process. The best method of contact regarding return situations would be by contacting returns@ustronics.com.
All returns are subject to evaluation by the return department; the issue of an RMA number does not guarantee the acceptance of an item for return, it only guarantees the acceptance of the item for evaluation based on the information provided in the return authorization request form. This means that every return is subject to strict verification on the basis of what was proclaimed in the initial request form. All costs incurred regarding packages subject to return shipping will be handled by the customer, except in cases of UStronics negligence. We strongly request that you certify all shipments and obtain a tracking number, as UStronics is not responsible for shipments previous to acceptance and arrival at our offices.
Return Shipping and Receiving
All returns must be issued an RMA (Return Authorization) number previous to shipment; this number should be clearly noted on the shipping package for acceptance. You may submit a request for RMA via our online request form located here. Or you may contact the returns department at returns@ustronics.com. This number will guarantee the acceptance of the applicable package into our offices for verification. There is a restocking fee associated with non-defective returns with the request of a refund; this is no more than a 15% charge. Shipping fees in this case are non-refundable as well and are to be handles solely by the customer. Defective items are handled on a case-to-case basis. This charge is to cover the processing fees, handling fees, and costs associated with the placement, processing and execution of the order. All costs incurred regarding packages subject to return shipping will be handled by the customer, except in cases of UStronics negligence. We strongly request that you certify all shipments and obtain a tracking number, as UStronics is not responsible for shipments previous to acceptance and arrival at our offices.
RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from the date of issue. Any items attempted to be returned after this period will be refused. If your RMA has expired , you may request a replacement authorization at our return merchandise authorization request form.
In cases of returns deemed by the return department as dishonest or malicious a handling and processing fee may be applied to your return request. This is a measure in place to ensure the validity of all returns and dissuade any unethical requests.
General
SIM cards and airtime are subject to refusal of RMA in cases where the item was used, opened or refilled. UStronics is not liable for the inadequate usage or lack of service of any product for any reason. All responsibility must be placed on the manufacture or service provider. Regarding service plans the return policies in place do not apply as the refund of service fees and incorrect billing must be taken up with the service provider.
